If it is in fact a woman, she would get the most immediate improvement in attraction level by growing her hair out longer and not moving it behind the ear. She got very masculine structure and should cover it by letting the hair cover the ear

To answer your question though, I would not. Regardless of any other positive factors she may or may not bring.
