Any tips for long distance relationship?

I wanna see everyones view and some tips could be handy for my relationship.

it depends on how long you're together before the distance becomes a factor and also when the distance will end.

I know her since 2019 as friends, became best friends after as we spended more time with each other online, games and such.
Telling each other about ourselves and llike around the summer when we started to be more active with each other, it suddenly just clicked and told our feelings about each other.
Our relationship is currently is 5 months old from today actually.

On distance we are working on, she is gonna go to a college closer to me so the distance gets shorter.

That's something we are trying to work on, we live in neighbour countries so if we wanna see eachother it's at least a 5 hour trip.
Currently we trying to meet up every month when we can to spend some days together as I have work/struggles with health and she has her studies and also some health issues.

But we are both trying our best and we appreciate that from eachother, as next month it's her birthday and I planned something for her she would def like.
