Unless the guy is really rich. Then sometimes I see a fat guy who keeps a hot wife around by feeding her money. He doesn't have to work (Manual labor jobs anyway) or even exercise to keep her, but she's trying to stay healthy to out-live him and travel around the world on his money after he dies.
