I heard about this on the news awhile back. There are signals that singles use in grocery stores. If you place bananas in your shopping cart with the curve facing up, it's a signal that you're looking to get. If the curve is down, you just like bananas.

Don't trust me, Google it. lol

And don't EVEN ask me what a pineapple in your cart means. :)

Funny thing happened to me at the store once. There was a woman I saw down one of the isles and we both did a quick double take and kinda smiled and then kept walking. After getting a couple things I went to the produce section to get some stuff for a salad. Next thing I know the woman is looking at me holding a cucumber and when she saw me smirk her face turned red and she started laughing. We ended up talking and eventually dated.

The pineapple means you're a swinger. I think there are more shopping signals, but I only remembered the two. I heard about this on radio and TV, so I think it really is a thing. If you're not into crowds, bars or online dating, helpful clues might be a good thing.
