Go on a plant-based diet. You can start with a green smoothie cleanse. I lost 26 lbs in a month when I did a cleanse last year.
I am sexy now because I stopped eating processed meat and went fall plant-based. Just wild-caught fish once or twice a month.

Ok. So being fat has a-lot less to do with being worthy of a relationship then people think.. Plenty of guys. Myself among them, actually prefer fat women. What is important is confidence (not to be confused with cockiness) guys like a woman that is confident, comfortable with who they are, etc.
There are entire online communities for plus size women and the guys (and gals and non binary’s, etc) that love them.
On thing I will recommend is remove “sugar daddy” from your ideas. That will decrease any womans dating options dramatically. Regardless of weight/looks. That sort of thing is not so common anymore. Especially in this economy.
No! Don't give up on dating and life! Lose your excess weight (but don't over do it), learn to cook in a basic level, learn how to clean and be fully independent and learn what guys like and how to be more cute and feminine. Good luck!
Focus more on you. Keep learning, keep improving yourself. Then maybe while doing that you'll connect with someone. If not that's fine at least you be happy and a better version of yourself.
