Honestly, between those and videogames, they are not my thing and I find them boring, but I can tolerate them as long as they aren't drilled in my head.

Absolutely. I love those who can enjoy all manners and medias of art, especially animation.


Animation is often looked down upon by many when it is a creative medium just like anybody else. Just because it doesn’t have an actor performing stunts on a screen, or having a realistic looking environment, doesn’t mean it has less weight. Each can tell their own stories, with each of their own impressive feats. Voice actors putting their heart into their lines, animators sometimes quite literally working themselves to death to make a product that will captivate many, and amazing stories that would be difficult or impossible to really realize in any other media form.


And I’d appreciate anybody who likes animation.

Manga is cool. I like reading. I read a few mangas before. They’re nice. I’d read along with my partner if given the chance.

Nope. My exbf used to watch 2 animated shows (I can't recall the names) and it drove me crazy. At first I didn't care, but he'd look to me to laugh along side him. I just couldn't relate and get into it and it felt like I was sitting next to a stranger.

As long as it doesn’t become a personality trait I don’t mind. I enjoy the occasional anime as I used to watch them in high school but I wasn’t as into them as my friends were. I’m more a video game person.
