Is a girlfriend or wife just not meant for me?

I am 28 years old, 5'6" in height, heavyset, and I never had a real girlfriend. I am also developmentally delayed socially and emotionally, probably due to my very mild Aspergers.

I feel absolutely defeated when it relates to women. As I said, I never been in a real relationship before, and I haven't even touched a female in over 7 (approaching 8) years.

I seek a woman without a romantic past. I want us to be each other's first relationship. I can go for younger women to increase my odds, but I don't know how attractive I would be approaching my 30s. I am also about to return to college to pursue a degree in business.
