Do guys like it or find it attractive when a girl makes the first move or initiates the first conversation? Or is it a turn off?

I think its amazing if they make the first move, the only problem is unless its blatantly obvious, I tend to miss it. For some reason when it comes to me I can be blind when flirted with or the like. But can spot it easily when it happens to others.

Over all I consider it a huge turn on though. As generally I am the one having to make the first move.
