Both are from OkCupid but the one you posted was from 2009 and the OkCupid study I linked was conducted in 2014 and was a much larger study. The popularity of Asian women among white (and other) men has skyrocketed in recent years, so older studies are not representative of today's reality. White women do not win 99% of polls. Far from it.
