Guys, when you think a girl is “kinda cute” or “has a little bit of looks,” where does she fall in the dating / relationship category?

That's not enough information to say. It depends on what he thinks of her beyond looks. This simply tells you he thinks your attractive (which is a good start, don't get me wrong). But it tells you nothing whatever about where his mind may be in terms of dating/relationship with that girl.

It also depends a whole lot on the guy. What kind of guy he is, is going to have a huge impact on what he's looking for, and therefore impact what he's thinking here.
