Is this normal first date behaviour?
I've been out with a few men, and we usually have conversations about other things.. not in depth about this stuff. Opinions?

So honestly I think first dates should be fun and a basis on getting to know if you like someone surface level wise, but I don’t think it should be a basis to unload your past traumas onto another person. If they ask, that’s cool but I wouldn’t use the first date to open up about stuff you have been through because it gives the person insight that you are stuck on what you been through
Maybe if the guy is inexperienced. I was a late bloomer. So when I started taking a more actively role in dating I was woefully unprepared for the judgement that I would get from the vastly more experienced women I would encounter. I learned the hard way not to be completely honest with women. Which was hard, because it's in my nature to be honest.
Nope. He’s not wasting time and knows the concerns. Sounds like a man to me. 💪
