How do you feel when somebody likes a characteristic or part of you that you're self-conscious about?

Assuming they are being respectable and sincere, of course. Someone is wanting to date you, and they're really fond of some aspect of you.

Example: I don't like my voice or my lips. Maybe a girl is self-conscious about her accent or her legs.

One should smile and say thank you and not apologize or act like "What?, really..." and destroy her perception of you. Act like you know it is good so she believes you are good.
