If I transfer to an out of state college do I have to wait awhile?

You need to apply as a transfer student. You have to get the transcripts from your current college and send them to the college you want to go to. You do not have much time for this and in some cases you might be too late. I think enrollments are down at a lot of colleges so you might be in luck.
