What do girls want?

Hello, after a 10-year-long relationship my ex broke up with me it's been about 8 months since the breakup and I have only slept with one girl who is not my ex. My body count is low and she has only been sleeping around since we broke up. We live together still and she has encouraged me to sleep around. I know some people say the body count does not matter but to me, it does we have a 2-year-old son and he is my world I font want him to grow up with the idea that having sex does not hurt you it does in manyways. I make great money, and work from home and all I want to be is a dad and husband who is around my family. Do girls want a family man anymore or is sex the only thing they are looking for? I have been on dating apps for a few months and it seems that's all they want is sex. What ever happened to morals and having self love and self-esteem?

Dating apps are the mirror of our totally corrupt society. You will find on those sites just about as many women and men that have no self-esteem and dignity and that are only interested in sex. That is the sad truth about our society. Why is it like that?

Because our society accepts that sex rules our lives and dominates our feelings. Yes, I would say that sex is bad because it makes us the slaves of our hormones rather than the master of them.

If you want true feelings in a relation, then you avoid dating apps and avoid pornography. This industry is the one that makes it possible in the first place to think that copulating and fornicating left and right is what love is all about.

You will have a hard time to find a decent person, mainly in the US, that still has decent values and that is not a slave of her hormones. The truly honest people still exist but they become increasingly rare to find.

You sound like a stand-up guy with man-up intentions. Unfortunately, people are corrupt and fallen and whether it is Face, Insta, TikTok, Snap, this medium, or how we express our Sex, sexuality, and gender people will misuse and misapply. This will not change and all we can hope to do is find one who mirrors the Standards that we ourselves are seeking. It is super hard in this digital age to find something real and pure.
