TRUST, RESPECT, HONESTY, and COMMUNICATION, along with a clear understanding of what CONSENT actually is.

To me those are the basics if you have them, then I find women are more accepting with everything else.

Then there is humour, just random as you are humour, not telling jokes.

Then being the Rock, security.

Then the friend they can chat and chill out with, where it’s not all trying to get into her pants (oh that communication, respect and consent thing).

For some, a little bit of the darker side also gives things that bit of spice, but not forgetting those first basic requirements.

the rest should follow.

This is purely from what I have found, I could be hugely off target…maybe.
