There really isn't enough info to make a choice. Men care about character a lot so I'm guessing you want us to assume the character is an equal level. Many men want children so if she's too old to have children that's bad. If she's 40 vs 24, I'd probably take the 40 year old beauty, but there are definitely guys who will question why she's 40 and single including myself. I do think older women tend to be more mature and can understand men more, but it's not always the case, and at my age of 31, I think women my age are perfectly mature enough and we can relate in terms of events during our time. I think 31 is better than 40 or 24 if the beauty is the same so being in the middle is the best, but I assure you men care a lot about character. Men will literally think a woman is more beautiful if she has an amazing character and if a guy disagrees, he is probably a guy who doesn't care about personality at all and I personally find that off-putting as a human being

I've already answered this in another post. I hate/loathe mediocrity and worthlessness, so if these were my ONLY choices, I'd automatically only choose the older woman, although I'd prefer someone 23 to 30. I wouldn't choose the older woman due to her beauty, but because I hate worthlessness in human beings, and it sickens me to my soul. And if the first girl has a meaningless personality, as well as everything else about her being meaningless, then that only leaves the older woman, who at least has a second beneficial trait of being beautiful as a bonus.

Personally the beautiful older woman was always my preference, older women know what they want, they know what they are doing, and they are far less likely to play games with you. One of my best experiences was with a woman who was (I'm guessing) 15-20yrs my senior when I was in my late 20s. She was sweet and cute, almost shy, but once she opened up she was quite clear about what she wanted and behind closed doors she went about getting what she wanted with zero hesitation, thanked me, and was passed out next to me without a word.
