I've always been a beach lover but the most romantic setting I've been in was a cabin overlooking the mountains. Hot tub on the balcony and wine and a gorgeous view.

The most romantic setting to me is an island setting with the beaches in ear shot even from the top of the mountain. I’m also quite attracted to that rocky cave look in Greece. Every time I look at pics of Grecian romantic get always I get turned on just looking at the water around the rocks. It’s such a powerful combination and then add a half naked girl to that mix and id be practically powerless.

We went on our honeymoon. We stayed a week in New Hampshire in a log cabin at the edge of the resort's property in January. We had a woodstove and it was just so awesome.

My most romantic locations are NOT so much about the PHYSICAL place as the INTIMACY felt in a place. For example, a darkly-lit restaurant ambiance is as good as a secluded beach or a darkened bus.

The key is the level of INTIMACY, which is dependent on time, location, atmosphere and mood.

It depends on the girl's preference. Is she cheap? Is she classy? Ghetto? Or does she like lavish dates that cost a lot?

But personally i think the most romantic setting is a 2 bedroom suite in THE BEST hotel you can find. Rose petals on the floor. Candles lit in different places. Good music playing softly in the background. Dim lighting. Sweet red wine. And probably some food on the table, like a hot pizza or chicken wings or whatever food she likes. I think food is optional.

My husband and I were taking a long tour on his bike across a few states and we were in the nevada desert. We came across a secluded clean rock pool, no one was around so we went skinny dipping to cool down and ended up having the most awesome sex twice in the pool.

@mandyfire98 One winter, I went to Vail, skiing, and went to a hotel that had an 'outdoor' swimming pool. from the pool, which also extended into an indoor bar where you could buy beer, wine et cetera. Get your glass of wine, and swim, or walk in the pool, outside where it was snowing and look at the mountains surrounding the lodge. It was literally 'Heaven on Earth" Wonderful time and beautiful to see.

Would have liked to live in Vail, but the cost of housing was insane, and the only work would be, as ski instructor, or in a hotel. I am sure Real Estate would be a well-paid area. Wonderful time for me two ski seasons and never to be forgotten. Met a wonderful nurse there from Texas that was there for a convention. I am glad when I was very young, I had those experiences.
