I kinda used to be jealous of my older sister. She kinda looks like Kelly Brook. 5ft10, big boobies, works as a pharmacist, pretty dark perfect hair, can tan. Guys are always staring at her. We used to joke telling her to not wear anything too sexy in case she stopped traffic because one time this guy was eyebanging her crossing the road and ran into the back of a lorry. Guys love her. A guy from nuts magazine stopped us one day in the street to ask her to appear topless in their magazine, she declined, guy didn't even look at me.

I would just say a woman who takes care of herself and looks feminine. So long hair or short hair if she can style it well, skin care (and make up if she's into that), wears dresses/heels/any other feminine clothing.
