No it doesn’t. That means they’re shitty people and they have issues. That actually makes me so mad.

My boyfriend would never, ever say that to me. He would never in a million years call me ugly or insult me in that way. I think he’d break his own heart if he did.

A guy that cares about you and truly loves you, would never say that. A guy that loves you would think you’re the most beautiful girl in the world.

Ugly can also be used as a noun and references the whole person. In this case the individual is wholly ugly. Some say he ugly inside and out. These are the usages of the word ugly.
