If you're talking personality... being effeminate, caring, and kind. IDGAF how much you make or what your 5 year business model is. If i hear the term "Boss Bitch" or anything to that nature. PASS.

Also if a woman doesn't compliment my life but is a constant source of headaches, that's a no go. I'd rather be solo than dealing with that.

In terms of physicality, it will vary from guy to guy.

Personally I like women between 5' and 5'5" with red/auburn, medium to long hair. and don't overdo it with makeup. and a nice, modest summer dress never hurt either.
