Is it possible to be THE ONE for more than one person?

So I'll start off by saying everyone has a person who is their perfect match. They are perfect for the other person because they help them grow into a better version of themselves. The likliehood that you'll find that person is extremely low. My question is, what if you find out that you are that person to two different people? How do you deal with that? You can't date both, neither girl would be okay with it.

I know I am THE ONE for my girlfriend and vice versa, but I have a friend who I almost asked out. From conversations, she was expecting this and would have accepted. Anyway I asked out my girlfriend and the friend gave up on me for the time. It's been almost 4 years 7 months since then. The friend has tried dating other people, but none have lasted a year. I can't help but wonder if I was THE ONE for her as well as my girlfriend. Can she never find the perfect guy for her, because it is me?

It IS possible to be THE ONE for more than one person. It is also possible to love more than one person at once and the one does not diminish, replace, or break the other.

As for what to do, if you're already committed to one, you do and say nothing. That coal burns, quietly, searing, deep inside you forever, never to see the light of day.

If you're not committed, you have a choice to make.

Yes i think this happens all the time and very common. I think it all cones down to timing. Had your girlfriend not been at the right place at the right tome , you could have dated your other friend and been happily married…ya never know. Always fun to wonder tho!

If there was only one person then the human race would have died out years ago. The chance of ever meeting them would be near zero

You can tolerate others, and most people do and get married. Yet you see some relationships that are so incredibly perfect, you can't help but think, they've found the one.

It's not only possible, but it's nearly imppossible not to be.
But the odds of meeting multiple compatable options is nearly zero unless the person is either very basic, extremely lucky, or frequents places where that type of person is the most common type.

I know the odds, you have a higher chance of winning lottery than finding the person who is perfect for you.

Not true, the lottery can't be rigged in your favor, whereas with searching for a match, you can narrow it down through search filter criteria and advertize yourself to increase your chances exponentially.

I typically know everything about a woman before dating her.

The important info is usually learned through friendship.

Interests, hobbies, personality, life goals, looks, habits, health, sexual preferences, kinks, etc.

Pretty much all my friends share that info with all their friends as a matter of normal daily conversation while hanging out.

No, I honestly don't know. We might not have been compatible. The things I know for sure are
1) she wanted to date me when I wanted to date her
2) every relationship she's had since I asked out another girl has lasted less than 12 months
I don't know if it's even possible I am for her, because I don't know if you can be THE ONE for more than one person. It's a two way street, if a girl isn't THE ONE for me I don't think I can be THE ONE for her.

THE ONE doesn't exist. There are billions of people out there. There simply isn't one person specifically made in a factory just for you.

I believe everyone has at least one person out there who is perfect for you. For,, as you said, there are over 7 billion people. Hablvumg said this, the likliehood you''ll find that person is so low it can be said to be nonexistent.

Over 8 billion now, and statistically there is likely thousands of matches per person who might as well have been "made just for you". But most are likely very spaced apart and hard to find.
