Taking someone something comforting when they don’t feel their best is a kindness regardless of pretext. On account of menstrual effects not being contagious, i wouldn’t hesitate. It seems strange to me that you would.

Damn Skippy! Regardless of your relationship status it's NEVER wrong to care and do something thoughtful for someone. If she can't deal with that then the problem is on her end, not yours.
It's a very kind and good gesture. I would do it because she'll like you a lot more if you do.
