Are there women who are attracted to guys that speak 3 languages rather than focusing on physical apperance? I speak 3 languages but not luck yet?

It is very unlikely to find any woman who, in the grand scheme of things, thinks that speaking an extra language or two is valuable compared to not passing on ugly genes to their children.

No dear, to put in perspective, I speak 7 languages fluently (which are Korean (native), French, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese (M), Hindi, and English).

Even so, It wouldn't mean a thing... I know average looking men who spoke more languages than I did. Still didn't come close to me being attracted to them. Some pride themselves on them being multilingual. Which actually is a turn off tbh.
