Is 3 years a weird gap if one person is still in college?

F 24 female here, first of all im bisexual so Im talking to a girl who’s 21 online, she’s still in college and im working and no longer in college but she sounds mature for her age and we’ve been getting to know each other. Would there be much of a difference?

In the 20s, five to years is considered an age gap. Three years are is within Normal range. Normality would be 3+- of your age.

The age difference isn't that far and you're both adults. You probably shouldn't say someone sounds mature for their age though, it's an excuse commonly used by predators who want to date teenagers. Not saying you are one of course, definitely not.

I definitely didn’t mean it in that way, I just mean more mature than some younger friends or people I’ve dated and came across. I know exactly what that’s like because I had many predators come after me when I was a teenager and I look after my 17 year old cousin like a little sister. That is sick. But the context I meant, is nowhere like that..
