When i was in elementary maybe (had i been allowed to date at the time). I had a huge crush on my best friends Jay and Keith and they were both shorter than me. Once i got to high school, I liked these guys Andre D and Andre B. They werent shorter but they were probably 5’6 or 5’7. All the girls drooled over how cute they were. Andre B hit a growth spurt some grades later

I did and he was harping about it almost daily. I couldn't understand why he wanted to date me when he was so insecure about it. We only had about an inch and a half height difference, but his constant complaining was a huge turn-off. I'll never date a guy shorter than myself again.
