Is audible worth it?

Apparently a lot of people cancel their audible accounts. Because they offered me half off for 3 months when I tried to cancel my trial. I've only had it for a month or two. And yeah it's tiring to listen to books that are f*ucking 60 hours long. But I'm finishing more book this way than I ever did reading them myself

Oh then it has it's pros and cons. I prefer the physical book because audio books I get distracted but it depends which you prefer

I can listen to books on science and it's like having Wikipedia read to me. I can listen to history books and it's like the most completely documentary I've ever watched. Minus the long pauses and commercials

So the you def can benefit from it. I don't use it for that same reason I mentioned, I get easily distracted I'd have to have the physical book

Not for me.

The general offer one audiobook for 10€ is still cheaper compared to the full price. But every other audio book you need to buy as well.

So for my audio book consumption its easily 200~300 bucks

So i stick to the audio books on Spotify, even though they don't have such a big collection.

And they let you stream a lot of books on audible for free with your subscription of 8$ a month

Audio books, at least when you buy them on other sources, are somewhere between 20 and 40€ thats why the 10€ subscription is such a good deal.

And i listen to a lot of audio books, whenever i am driving or sitting in front of the PC, or while falling asleep, or cooking, i listen to audiobooks.

I used scribd. But I deleted that cuz a lot of old books are free on YT. So once I read the old books ig I'll start paying for some audiobook site again
