Nothing wrong with going to church, as long as those who do don't judge those who don't. :) My only problem with some really religious people is that they're good at passing judgement on other people.

Coming out of Winter, Taxes, Large scaled Accounting, whiny clients, Business Development and dangling money carrots motivations. Like my Vendors' get 50% of Bill Savings less than Market Value back in form of Quarterly (they have taxes due quarterly) Bonus.

Biden and inflation has required a whole new set of Numbers revised yearly.. Right off the Expenses and demonstrate "line item % savings for both Ma/Pa as well as REIT clients. With Rents and Maintenance savings etc, we have to be a free service that can be written off as tax deductions for clients.
We have to demonstratively pay for ourselves basically.
