Its weird but it happens. It shouldn't be too awkward if you use pet names for eachother. Like i dont scream names during sex. I make them moan mine 🤣 But i’ve liked 3 dudes with my dads first name. I didn't even know that was my dads first name until i was much older because he always went by a diff name 😂

it's only weird if you make it weird. so you're making it weird... not sure why you're putting so much thought into it. especially since you likely call your mom "mom" and not by her first name lol

Only you can answer that. It would only be weird to you and maybe your mom. I'd say that if anyone else thought it weird just say you never thought about it that way, and it makes them seem like the weird one for thinking that.

It's a little weird. I did meet someone who shared mums name, felt a little odd about it. She was really nice but she didn't want more kids (that was a red line for me). We parted on good terms

Not really. Most of the girls I met on dating apps had thr same name as my mom, although a different spelling. Also my girlfriend's milled name is my mom's name with the different spelling
