The guy I’m dating is being cold?

I’ve been seeing this guy for 5 months now on and off. We get along really well. Recently he’s. Being really cold with me though? He’s replying in seconds but he’s just not acting how he usually does? He’s being less interested and coke and giving less enthusiastic answers. He’s been trying with me for years too and we haven’t had sex yet? I don’t know is it bad if I ask! He is still talking to me and replying so quickly but there’s just an energy change? I’m not sure if it’s because I haven’t had sex with him but we haven’t had the opportunity and he takes things slow? I’m not sure what it is shall I just ask? I’m not really really upset it just more gets to me in my mind?

If the girl I was dating felt like this, I’d want her to talk to me about it. I personally view communication as a really critical aspect of any healthy relationship. So I’d want her to talk to me and express her feelings, and I’d do my absolute best to listen, and come to some resolution.


As for the not having sex part. That is your choice. Don’t feel pressured about that at all. Any good guy will completely respect you in regards to that. If that’s truly his reason for acting cold, that would be a red flag in my opinion.
