I see the appeal of both. There's freedom and independence that comes with a fuck buddy. I do like having my space. But there's security and companionship with a relationship. Some days I want one, some days I want the other.

So relationships may have a more full and higher quality than fuck buddies but it doesn't mean that it's better like saying "people in relationships" should dominate and shame people with fuckbuddies.

It's like saying humans should opress and dominate wild/non-human animals just because we're more complex and "better". Humans are better in the sense that we have more abilities, but it doesn't make us more worthy of living.
