this guy and me have been talking for a while and he always says things like “I miss you” we should hang out more” and asks me things like if I ever had a boyfriend or how many exes do I have

he also drew on my hand and walks me to my classes

what could this mean?

It means he should ask you on a date before he gets to confident to make a sexual move on you. You should be ready for that but it does not mean he does not like you. He has things out of order. Date then Do It…. And not on the first dates within 6 months please.
