How to know if she likes me?

This is one of those questions I always ask myself with the opposite sex. Currently, at my job there are two women that have caught my eye. I just can’t figure out how to really know, if anyone of them likes me. The reason I am asking is due to me making mistakes thinking a girl likes me, then to find out they just want to be friends. Despite how much I might be attracted to them I am sitting here biding my time to really scope them out. I want to figure this out, so I don’t lose my chance with either one. Thus me asking for help. You need to take your foot off the accelerator and let people get to know you. The more you mingle the sooner you will know. People are not opening up to someone without familiarity. Relationship building and discovery take time.
Be pleasant snd sun impressive worker and at least they will respect you. It all starts here for a woman.

So people can’t just like you right off the bat. You need to get to know someone and most men need to bring charm to the table in order for women to want to invest more time into him.
