What does my partner mean “I know how your mind works”?

It means he knows how you think. He understands your mind and how you react to situations. I didn't think this could be any clearer. There is no context to the comment however. It really depends on when it was said.

I could take it two ways. If it was during a conversation when you were joking around and having fun, it could mean one thing. If it was during a tense moment, it could mean something entirely different. You do not give any context to the situation when it was said.

You can use the update box and update the question with more information if you want. I will be happy to revise my opinion accordingly. However, we are just guessing what his meaning is behind it because we cannot read someone's mind. Why do you not ask him? He is your partner. Do you two not communicate? Ask him "What do you mean by that?".

For the question as I’ve posted above I meant to simply state it but not in a deeper context. Thank you for the advice though.
For deeper context into what I mean fully is as the question does state “what does my partner mean “I know how your mind works” with added context like “during a discussion of seriousness” would be appropriate.

I like to keep myself a mystery sometimes and not in any bad way. Yet, I’ve come a long way to find out that men do in fact love surprises in the way that makes them feel attraction towards another
