I gave birth to my first child few days ago

I've been with my boyfriend for over 2 years

he was with me in the delivery room so witnessed everything

Lately he’s been more affectionate …etc

and he said “i think im more attracted to you now than before”

what does that even mean?

he didn't find me attractive before?

Likely because you're becoming a mother, which can be attractive to a lot of men but

the other thing it COULD be, based on what I've seen happen is, because you're now basically going to only have your attention on the kid (since lets face it, once you have kids, your own life, is over, including your relationship with your husband/boyfriend), that, often times, when someones "taken" or "unavailable", they for some reason, become more attractive to someone. Sound familiar ladies?
