I regret renting an appartement?

Im not happy with it and i left my roommate for it. But i cannot rent another so easily, ill have to want 5 years to rent a place, so im stuck for 5 years at this appartement. What to do?

just move you are not stuck with the rent for 5 years only until they rent it out again, which in this market is usually a week or 2. very high occupancy right now

A five year lease? There has to be an escape clause.

Even if not, check the laws where you live. Generally a property manager/owner is required to make a good faith effort to rent a unit if you vacate it. In other words you might be stuck paying for a few months, but if the owner tries to charge multiples of the going rate or refuses to list it, that would be considered bad faith and end your obligation. There are other ways to get out of a lease.
