When i shave my down there i can still see the roots of my hair, it never feels smooth and they don't totally dissapear. Is it normal? Im scared if my boyfriend gets annoyed of the way my area looks.

Yeah that’s normal. But if you shave the opposite the direction the hair is growing you get a closer smoother shave. So like the hair is growing downwards, floor direction, you shave upwards - belly/ceiling direction. But it’ll still grow fast. Within a few hours you’ll feel the sharp little hairs growing back.
