Is it possible to know in your heart you're meant for someone, but knowing you will likely never see them again is it just delusional?

? I get people just calling it delusional, but surely you would snap out of it and realise how stupid u were? if you never got a chance with that person. I've only ever felt genuine happiness with one person like I didn't even know it existed before him and I've not felt it since.

Plus when you look in that person's eyes and they look at you, I just don't get how you can feel that in you're hearts if u not meant for them, surely that can't be faked or delusional

You never know if a situation was just poor communication /mixed messages just didn't get off the ground. I hope I'm making sense

There is a fine line between romance and delusional. Being delusional means that you stop all other actions and await for one to eventual materialize on it own.

I just think some can be mature about a situation but still can't seem to stop that feeling, there's always a feeling of someone was right for you but they got away
