Do guys understand when girls have ingrown hair bumps?

Do guys get freaked out about ingrown hair bumps or hair follicles down there? Do they get them? I want to see someone but this is our first time and I don’t want him to think anything. So should I just not go through with inviting him over?

I've had a few myself. Lately they seem to be much more rare though. Not sure what changed.

If you shave you will get the bumps. It's normal. If he's seen it before it won't bother him

I don’t think they would get freaked out by it but I hardly ever see it since the woman I’m with only trim because that’s how I like it and not shaved
