I think the options you give as answers miss the mark. Let me tell you this, at 46 the women I have meet in my age group that have never been married or in a serious long term relationship are pretty sad. They have had some serious personal issues.
You can be successful and still have a real a meaningful relationship with someone. You can be single and still feel totally fulfilled and whole.
But for me, I have had a 22-year marriage, and even though I am comfortable and happy with my life as a whole, I do not feel complete without someone special in my life. Thats just me... but if you need to make it about being a woman, then something tells me you are missing a point somewhere in your life.
For me relationships are about achieving a greater happiness and sense of self fulfillment. It's not about setting or achieving life goals, based upon who or if I date someone. If I want to have a successful career, and I have, I still will want that person in my life that didn't hold me back, but still made me feel valued and whole. If my career is more important than anything else and that makes me happy, then I would not need anyone or anything else.
It kind of depends on the family you come from... but if you're an average woman from an average family having a husband or a committed boyfriend is going to boost your chances of success by a lot. That is if your goal in life is to have a home, have money for retirement, make a family, raise kids, etc. etc.. the man is of critical importance.

She may lose concentration in achieving the goal if she is having romantic relationship with her boyfriend. it will be a distraction to her. so first achieve your goals peacefully
Yeah
A relationship for sure. More support and encouragement. I think men can achieve more on their own as we have to do things on our own
A girl achieving her goals who has the support of her loved ones.
Either can work equally as well.
It's neither.
