Lol no, but he has talked about how he would act in hypothetical situations with our kids. Despite the fact we both agreed we didn't want to have kids

Well he said he used to want the cookie cutter house with wife and kids at least two. He said he grew up and he grew out of wanting those things and this was after he had a pretty traumatic breakup with his ex. I'm the first serious relationship he's had since her and that was 5 years ago. So I think he's becoming a custom to being in a serious relationship again and is starting to rethink his goals. And he told me he was rethinking his goals and that I feel like home to him. He's very attached and very much wanting to help me out and pay off my debts and just be there. He has a really negative view on marriage but it seems like trauma. His parents are still together. They've been married for over 30 years and he and I both agree that we have a very romanticized view of marriages. He also knows all the statistics about divorce rates and marriage rates and all that

I'm not trying to push engagement. In fact it terrifies me. I'm trying to learn what to look out for so I can react in a way that won't blatantly hurt his feelings. He sent me a video last night talking about how honesty doesn't have to be brutal but timing matters. It was weird because we weren't having a conversation about that at all. It was a random video he sent me in the night, I was already asleep so it was the first thing I saw when I woke up. He's talked about wanting to take trips, meet his family, meet my family, He's been very interested in my plans for furthering my education, and in my overall financial stability. He even wants to pay all of my debt because it makes him nervous. I've been paying all of my debts reliably so I was very confused as to why it makes him nervous
