You really need to reflect on those standards of yours. Not only are you looking for someone who is in a very much different place than you in life, but also mentally. You also wish for them to lack experience in relationships, which will also significantly impact their choices they make in a relationship.

You shouldn't prefer women who are 18 - 19 and just women who lack experience in dating. Just go after women you have chemistry with and share similar values to. As for your height, two friends of mine are 5'6 and were average looking. Although, they had no problem with women, since they had charismatic personalities and took care of their appearance. Focus on shit you can change instead of something you cannot.

I'd say your height is less an obstacle there than your age and standards. Most women who fit that criteria are underage, in another country that's far more conservative, or possibly 18-20 and introverted which makes them improbable to reach.
Anyway, I've only been with one virgin, and that's out of more women than I can remember. If that isn't something you've done by this point, it'll only get more unlikely every year unless you want to buy a person or something.
