Call me crazy but the Independent one because I would honestly declare to also be the independent one knowing I have a woman who is also independent would be great considering both of us can work for our own money and help around the house while also having our own life's when we aren't together that is.

There is no reason you can’t have your cake and eat it to. When two people date/marry, the two of you become one. Half you half them. One can still be independent while still being there for the other. If you marry, 50/50 is the only way, or else the other feels they are getting the short end of the stick. How else are you going to build something together. Let’s say the man is putting in 30% of all efforts, then there is a divorce, the courts will make both husband and wife split everything 50/50.

Team player, I have kids, and can't have someone that will bail on me in my life. On the flip side of things, if it's a woman that's independently wealthy, well, I just might be willing to compromise if marriage is on the table...
