First off, objectively, you are not physically unattractive.

So, focus on perspective and your attitude. If you can, try to get some counseling and/or support from family or friends thay you trust, that you feel safe with.

Watch your social group. Don't hang out with people that bring you down, only hang those that care about you and bring you up.

Stop with the self-loathing. Take it easy on yourself. Focus on finding opportunities to do good and be good to others and you will find that positive energy will be returned to you. Put out negativity and it will be mirrored back to you.
