Does it mean anything if a guy who I work was already sitting with his guy friend and I was about to sit behind and he asked me to sit next to him?

It was on break time I was planning on taking another table and then he turns around and asks me to sit next to him and kinda did the the arm wave thing does it mean Anything or he just being friendly?

I doubt it. It just means that you are interpreting the situation as having some kind of hidden or deep meaning where there really is none.

I'm saying that based on what you've told us, it appears that you are looking - or hoping - for some kind of meaning out of a casual social moment with the guy. I think you must like him, so deep down maybe you hope he likes you too.

Don't assume he wants to date you, but at a minimum you don't suck to be around. Leverage that to get where you want to be with regards to him. Bring peace to his life, avoid drama and gossip and other childish games and he will see the great potential in you.
