I spent all middle-school infatuated with the crush I had on a friend of mine (never told her either) and sure, we were all kids in school so not a big deal... but there were at least four other girls who were very interested on me and I would just pretend it wasn't the case, lol

never did it again since high-school... if someone is not interested on me, then I won't just fixate on them for no reason
