Is dating the hardest for women of colour in the West? Why/why not?

I have observed that men of colour are accepted and rather fetishised by women. They succeed in finding better partners than their female counterparts who are neglected or used for sex.

Average or below average white women find it extremely easy to attract the top 10% white men for serious relationships. These men either avoid women of colour or want secret casual sexual relationships with such women. These women tell me that I can only get the rejected white men.

Like most women on the planet, I'm attracted to these highly desirable white men. But they NEVER marry Indian/black women for some reason. I have been told to move to a predominantly white country but it doesn't sound like a good idea seeing how underrated certain ethnicities are in these countries.

An Indian guy can easily attract someone out of his league

An average white woman doesn't find it hard to attract an insanely handsome white man

I would say it has mostly to do with your own looks and presentation.

Yes it's harder no denying that but many women of color are drop dead gorgeous and desired by any man.

Think of Rihana or Beyonce or Halle Berry.

It takes a bit more work but mainly what you need to do is control what you can control.

That means take care of your fitness, you skin, your hair.
Stay away from the fake accessories absolutely NO man likes those (fake hair fake lashes fake nails...)
Get your fashon on point.
And of course build up your own inner confidence in what you can do which is hard but doable.

In no time you'll be walking the streets and men will stop and stare no matter what their own race is.

Let's be honest for a moment here -- no white guys are highly sought after these days. We've been cast as the villains of the world, but strangely, white women are okay... I guess they figured out that they can't lose all our votes, just the men's votes. Sorry for bringing politics into it, but it's the times we're living in, unfortunately. I do sympathize with you, however. I know a lot of white guys think they can date a very attractive Black woman, simply because they're white, and I think that's racism in its worst form.
