Well depending on what kind of girl she is, but if she is more brave she will initiate things with you, talk to you, touch you casually, stare at you. Shy girls may only stare while they can like you and not even look at you, so you really cannt ever know. Best is to try to talk to girls as you talk to your friends, to get to know them as people and see if there is something real and how they react to you.

@devilish-cutie Makes sense! I know this girl who is very socially active, and seems outgoing. However, whenever she is around me she seems a bit more reserved (though it might be her mirroring my own personality, which is introverted, shy, reserved). She has lower toned voice for a woman, but when she has said Hello to me, she speaks far more softly, and high pitched.
I have caught her looking at me from a distance before, and even in passing. She will give me smiles (sometimes tight lipped, though it might be influenced by the stress of our job).
Either way, it is difficult to tell, because we have never really had a conversation with each other, just general niceties in passing during work.

The only REAL way, is to see how she interacts with you, as opposed to other men. Be careful though, I said "how she interacts" I didn't say "she interacts a certain way with you, and a certain way with others". But, like, if she's shy with you but outgoing with other men, she might be into you, vice versa. Because she's basically trying to show you, she thinks you're different, and that she wants to show you that you're different, because she MIGHT like you
