I guess you need to define what constitutes a best man for you. Given that you’re mentioning biggest, I assume you mean either body size, which the Dutch are the tallest men in the world. And if you mean penis, it’s hard to tell but I think some African countries and some South American have pretty large ones. But don’t discount others 😈
