Except for the cropping of the picture on the right, there is no difference between both pictures. The EXIF data is the same for both and therefore, you don't give any valid choice to choose from.

Thus, both pictures are equally attractive (or unattractive) because the quality honestly sucks and there are so many issues with that picture.

In terms of framing, the picture on the right looks better because the focal point is the head and not the background.
