No, it shouldn't be. Girls have different size feet, different lengths, and their toes all look different. I think a lot of people get self-conscious about certain parts of their body. I used to be insecure about my feet because are soft and I have nice toenails and perfect toes, and for a guy, I probably shouldn't, lol.
Girls feet all look different though. A smaller pinky toe is no big deal. I've even dated girls that had a longer second toe than a big toe, which is normal, and I thought it brought out her nice feet even more.
I don't think you have anything to worry about. A lot of guys have foot fetishes too, and a lot of guys with those fetishes get turned on by different shaped toes, including a smaller pinky toe, so if you come across a guy like that, he's going to love your feet regardless of how you see them.
Some of those guys can get weird and creepy though because the go overboard and get obsessed. I like all parts of the female body, lol. So much to explore! But no, it wouldn't be a deal breaker for me. I think your feet look really beautiful, and they are a great size and shape.
I'm not sexually into feet, but unless your toes have leprosy, or independently come to life and sneak around to eat people or something, I find it hard to believe anyone who's shallow enough to consider them a dealbreaker is worth being with.
Are your toes unusually long? Judging by that picture and my personal experience, yes. Is that a bad thing? No, not really. Even if it was, we all have our physical imperfections, and "somewhat longer toes" is really, REALLY far down on the list of how much it impacts perceived attractiveness.

Nah, I am pretty neutral on feet. They don't do anything for me, but they don't gross me out either. I can't judge people's feet since all of my toes besides by big toes are curled pointing straight to the ground. Makes stubbing my toes extremely painful
